Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order you place with ORBYT through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not limit the rights you have as a consumer under Dutch and EU law.

1. Who sells to you

ORBYT is a streetwear brand from the Netherlands, run by Prince Jangra. Our company details are at the bottom of this page. You can reach us at orbytnl01@gmail.com.

2. Products and prices

• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the real garment.
• All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT (BTW). Shipping costs are shown before you pay.
• Obvious mistakes in a price or description do not bind us. If that happens we will contact you and you can cancel for free.
• Products marked “Coming soon” cannot be ordered yet. “Notify me” only puts you on a list; it is not an order.

3. Your order

• The agreement is made when you receive our order confirmation by email.
• For limited drops we may accept orders while stock lasts. If an item sells out after you paid, we refund you in full within 14 days.

4. Payment

You pay online with the payment methods shown at checkout. We ship once the payment has been received.

5. Delivery

• We ship to the Netherlands and other EU countries. The expected delivery time is shown with each drop and is never longer than 30 days.
• If we cannot deliver within 30 days we tell you, and you may cancel the order for free with a full refund.
• The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the parcel is delivered to you.

6. Your right to change your mind

You have 14 days to return an order without giving a reason. How it works is explained on our returns page.

7. Quality and complaints

• Our products must meet the agreement and be fit for normal use (your legal guarantee under Dutch law). This right stays, whatever else these terms say.
• Found a fault? Email us at orbytnl01@gmail.com as soon as possible, ideally within 2 months of noticing it, with a photo and your order number.
• We reply within 14 days and offer a repair, a replacement or a refund.
• Normal wear and tear, or damage from not following the care label, is not a fault.

8. Our designs

The ORBYT name, logo, prints and photos on this website belong to ORBYT. Please do not copy or sell them without our written permission.

9. Privacy

We only use your details to handle your order and answer your questions. Read more in our privacy policy.

10. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. If we cannot solve a complaint together, you can take it to the competent court in the Netherlands. As a consumer living in another EU country you keep the protection of the law of your own country.
